Order Processing
PLEASE NOTE:
After you place an order, customer service staff will confirm the order details with you within 24 hours via email or online chat. This includes the items code, color, quantity, packaging requirements, and your contact information and address. The order processing will start only after we receive your confirmation reply. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Shipment processing times
Orders of 20 pieces or less are processed within 2-5 business days.
Orders of 50-100 pieces are processed within 5-7 business days.
Orders of over 100 pieces are processed within 7-15 business days; we will prioritize these orders and work overtime if necessary.
If you need OEM service (a minimum of 100 pieces) with customized packaging and size, the processing time is 10-20 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you have a rush order, we will do our best to work overtime on weekends to process it.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer various shipping options to meet your specific order requirements. Generally, express shipping (FedEx or DHL) is available for retail orders and small quantities of wholesale orders, while shipping by sea via a third-party logistics partner is available for larger wholesaler orders. Our third-party logistics partner is Guangzhou Trusting Int'l Logistics Limited.
We support shipping to the listed countries, along with corresponding shipping costs and delivery estimates. PLEASE NOTE: If your order quantity exceeds 50 pieces, the listed shipping costs are for reference purposes only. We will adjust the shipping method and costs based on your specific order.

PLEASE NOTE: we may be subject to various rules and restrictions for some international deliveries, or other uncontrollable factors may prevent the transportation of items. You can contact customer service or email us with the destination of the items. Customer service will contact the logistics carrier for communication and coordination and then inform you whether the items can be transported and provide specific shipping costs.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
https://r-ppf.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
https://r-ppf.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the logistics and transportation company. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
RPPF will not be held responsible if you provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
